Per floor-under 2,000 SF per floor. Includes full work scope from Asbestos Assessor you provide, materials billing for containment and decontamination chambers and one post adjuster amendment.
Mold Remediation Xactimate Report

Per floor-under 2,000 SF per floor. Includes one post adjuster amendment. If a mold protocol has been ordered by the adjuster, a separate mold assessor will be responsible for providing said protocol work scope as per state guidelines.
